I am a mostly-stay-at home mom, which means that I have a job, but I am home more than I'm at work. It also means that I'm surrounded by my demanding children all day. So, to keep them busy, we do crafts. It's messy and it's crazy, but the kids have a good time, and I get a little therapy out of it. Besides crafting, my other great love is reading. I have a facebook page dedicated to that, too. I'm beginning to think I spend way too much time on the computer....
I'm hoping that this site will be helpful for those of you who also have a love for crafts or anything in the creative realm. This site is meant to be fun and hopefully it inspires some craftiness in you the way other sites have inspired it in me. Not everything you see is my original design; many of the pictures are ones that I've found on my internet travels that just caught my eye. Everything I see inspires me in one way or another. You can find items that I have personally made and that are available for purchase in the Handcrafted Shop tab. I'll put other items I've made for myself or for friends in the Randomness/Blog tabs. You may even find some non-craft related items in those tabs such as recipes, recipe attempts and/or fails, information about books, cute videos of animals or funny videos of people doing silly things, rants about daily life and anything else that may tickle my fancy at that moment.
